Happy Call Pan Fish Paste Egg Roll

This was my first trial of Happy Call Pan Fish Paste Egg Roll after being inspired by Wokkingmum Elaine.
This was moist, relatively easy to cook and tasty! (:
Recipe adapted from Wokkingmum Elaine as I tweaked the recipe.
This dish is also relatively cheap to prepare: $4 or under and it took me 30 minutes in all.

Happy Call Pan Fish Paste Egg Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 pack fish paste (200g)
1/2 green bell pepper
4 imitation crabsticks
A pinch of salt

Steps:

Ingredients!

Dice the green bell pepper and slice the imitation crabstick.

Crack 3 eggs and mix well with a pinch of salt.

Heat up the Happy Call Pan and add in 1 tbsp of oil.
Close and cook for 1 minute or so, or till the sides are cooked.
Gently, use a spatula to nudge the sides of the egg so that it'll not stick.

Flip the pan and cook for another minute!
Remove from fire after that!

While your egg is cooking, mix the green bell peppers, imitation crabstick and the fish paste together.

Mix well!

Remove egg from heat and let it cool a lil'.

Spread the mix over the egg.

Slowly, roll the egg..
This part is a lil' tricky so be gentle as the egg breaks easily!
What I did was to roll a lil', fan a lil', roll a lil', fan a lil..
this way, the egg will 'set' and not open up.

After which, return roll to pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Cooked!

Slice the egg roll and serve!

This was tasty and so moist! The green bell peppers gave it some kick and crunch! My sister said that my egg was over cooked though.. it should be paler than this. I will improve this dish real soon! (:
